neis.me는 교사와 기관 업무 담당자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 여러 프로그램을 제공하는 개인 운영 편의 도구 사이트입니다. 제공 프로그램에는 neisme Calendar, 한글AI, 부산교육인사로그, 관외여비정산, 짧은URL, QR코드, PDF도구, 채팅방 및 기타 업무 도구가 포함됩니다.

neis.me is a personally operated utility website that provides convenient tools for teachers and institutional staff. The services include neisme Calendar, Hangeul AI, Busan Education HR Log, travel expense settlement, short URLs, QR codes, PDF tools, chat room, and other work utilities.

2. 기본 원칙 / Basic Principle

neis.me의 대부분 프로그램은 별도 가입 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 입력한 내용을 서버에 개인정보로 보관하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 각 도구는 사용자가 입력한 값을 화면에서 계산·변환·생성하기 위한 목적으로만 처리합니다.

Most neis.me tools can be used without separate registration, and the Site generally does not store user-entered content as personal information on the server. Inputs are processed only to calculate, convert, or generate results on screen.

3. 가입 및 저장이 필요할 수 있는 기능 / Features That May Require Storage

일부 기능은 사용자의 요청에 따라 결과물을 저장하거나 관리하기 위해 최소한의 정보를 저장할 수 있습니다.

• 짧은URL: 생성된 단축키, 원본 URL, 만료일, 생성자 식별 정보(로그인 사용자에 한함)
• QR코드: 로그인 사용자가 저장을 요청한 경우 QR 데이터, 파일 경로, 생성자 식별 정보
• 회원 기능: 로그인이 필요한 관리 기능 사용 시 아이디, 비밀번호 해시, 이름 등 계정 정보

4. 관외여비정산 쿠키 사용 / Cookies Used by Travel Expense Settlement

관외여비정산은 출장자 이름, 기관명, 부서, 직위를 매번 반복 입력하는 불편을 줄이기 위해 사용자의 브라우저 쿠키 또는 로컬 저장소에 해당 값을 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 사용자의 브라우저에 저장되며, 비로그인 사용자의 경우 서버 개인정보 DB에 저장하지 않습니다.

로그인 사용자의 경우 반복 입력 방지를 위해 같은 기본정보를 서버 캐시(Redis)에 저장할 수 있으나, 이는 사용자가 같은 사이트에서 다시 입력하지 않도록 하기 위한 편의 목적입니다.
