서비스 이용약관 / Terms of Service

1. 목적 / Purpose

이 약관은 권오현(이하 "운영자")이 운영하는 neis.me(이하 "사이트")가 제공하는 여러 편의 프로그램 및 업무 도구(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

These Terms set the conditions for using the various utility programs and work tools (the “Services”) provided by neis.me (the “Site”), operated by Oh Hyun Kwon (the “Operator”).

2. 서비스의 내용 / Services Provided

사이트는 교사와 기관 업무 담당자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공합니다. 주요 서비스에는 neisme Calendar, 한글AI, 부산교육인사로그, 관외여비정산, 짧은URL, QR코드, PDF도구, 채팅방 및 기타 업무 도구가 포함됩니다.

The Site provides tools for teachers and institutional staff. Major Services include neisme Calendar, Hangeul AI, Busan Education HR Log, travel expense settlement, short URLs, QR codes, PDF tools, chat room, and other work utilities.

3. 별도 가입 없는 이용 원칙 / Use Without Separate Registration

대부분의 서비스는 별도 가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 각 프로그램은 사용자가 입력한 값을 계산·변환·생성하기 위한 목적으로 제공되며, 원칙적으로 사용자의 입력 내용을 개인정보로 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.

Most Services can be used without separate registration. Each tool is provided to calculate, convert, or generate results from user inputs, and the Site generally does not store user inputs as personal information on the server.

4. 일부 저장 기능 / Optional Storage Features

일부 기능은 사용자가 저장 또는 관리를 요청하는 경우에 한해 필요한 정보를 저장할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 로그인 사용자의 짧은URL 관리, QR코드 저장, 계정 기반 관리 기능 등이 이에 해당합니다.

Some features may store necessary information only when users request saving or management, such as managing short URLs for logged-in users, saving QR codes, or using account-based management features.

5. 관외여비정산의 브라우저 저장 / Browser Storage in Travel Expense Settlement

관외여비정산은 출장자 이름, 기관명, 부서, 직위를 반복 입력하는 불편을 줄이기 위해 브라우저 쿠키 또는 로컬 저장소를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 사용자의 편의를 위한 기능이며, 비로그인 사용자의 해당 기본정보는 서버 개인정보 DB에 저장하지 않습니다.

The travel expense settlement tool may use browser cookies or local storage to avoid repeated entry of the traveler name, institution name, department, and position. This is for user convenience, and for non-logged-in users this basic information is not stored in the server’s personal information database.

6. 이용자의 의무 / User Obligations

• 이용자는 서비스를 법령과 공공질서에 반하지 않는 범위에서 사용해야 합니다.
• 타인의 개인정보, 계정, 저작물, 업무자료를 무단으로 사용하거나 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
• 서비스를 스팸, 사기, 불법 광고, 악성 코드 배포, 서비스 방해 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 사용자가 입력·업로드·공유한 내용에 대한 책임은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.

• Users must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and public order.
• Users must not misuse or infringe another person’s personal information, accounts, copyrighted works, or work materials.
• Users must not use the Services for spam, fraud, illegal advertising, malware distribution, or service disruption.
• Users are responsible for the content they enter, upload, or share.

7. 서비스 변경 및 중단 / Changes and Suspension

운영자는 서비스 개선, 보안, 서버 점검, 장애 대응, 외부 서비스 정책 변경 등의 사유로 기능을 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 사이트를 통해 안내합니다.

The Operator may change or temporarily suspend functions for service improvement, security, server maintenance, troubleshooting, or changes in external service policies. Notice will be provided on the Site where practicable.

8. 결과물의 확인 책임 / Responsibility for Checking Results

사이트의 계산·변환·생성 결과는 업무 편의를 위한 보조 자료입니다. 관외여비정산, PDF도구, 한글AI, QR코드, 짧은URL 등에서 생성된 결과는 사용자가 최종 확인 후 실제 업무에 사용해야 합니다.

Calculation, conversion, and generation results are supporting materials for convenience. Users must review final outputs from tools such as travel expense settlement, PDF tools, Hangeul AI, QR codes, and short URLs before using them for actual work.

9. 면책 / Disclaimer

• 운영자는 천재지변, 서버 장애, 네트워크 장애, 외부 서비스 중단 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 운영자는 이용자의 입력 오류, 설정 오류, 결과 확인 소홀로 발생한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 외부 사이트 또는 외부 API를 활용하는 기능은 해당 외부 서비스의 정책과 장애 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.

• The Operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, server failures, network failures, or interruptions of external services.
• The Operator is not liable for damages caused by user input errors, misconfiguration, or failure to review results.
• Features using external sites or APIs may be affected by the policies or outages of those external services.

10. 분쟁 해결 / Dispute Resolution

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁이 발생하면 운영자와 이용자는 성실히 협의하여 해결하도록 노력합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute related to the Services, the Operator and users will attempt to resolve it through good-faith consultation.
