01Overview · 개요
English
This Privacy Policy applies to neis.me (the “Site”) and to non-public backend or automation tools operated solely by the Site operator for publishing or managing short-form or long-form video content on YouTube channels owned by the operator. The public page at /2026/youtube/ primarily lists outbound links to those channels and does not itself collect viewer data.
The Site is published to comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use), and Google’s Privacy Policy. The Site’s general privacy notice remains at /privacy.php; where this document is more specific about YouTube API data, this document prevails for that scope.

Where the operator uses the YouTube Data API v3 to publish or manage videos on operator-owned channels, typical methods may include:

Future read-only features on the Site (e.g. displaying public channel statistics) would use only the minimum scopes required and remain subject to this policy.

03Information we do not collect · 수집하지 않는 정보

To remove ambiguity, the operator’s tools do not access, collect, store, or process the following for end-user surveillance or third-party profiling:
- Personal data of viewers, subscribers, or commenters on YouTube beyond what is already public on the platform and incidentally displayed
- Watch history, private playlists, or personalized recommendations of any YouTube user
- Engagement automation (artificial likes, subscriptions, or comments on third-party content)
- Email addresses or contact information harvested from YouTube users
- Search history or general web browsing behavior tied to viewers
- Demographic or precise location tracking of viewers
- Operator-owned API clients scraping or harvesting content owned by others
There is no search.list–driven mass harvesting, no engagement bots, and no surveillance-oriented data collection.

04OAuth 2.0 tokens · OAuth 2.0 토큰

To upload or manage videos on operator-owned channels, tools may store OAuth 2.0 refresh tokens issued by Google. Tokens are scoped to the minimum YouTube scopes granted at consent (for example youtube.upload / youtube as applicable).
- One token (or credential set) per managed channel — not shared across unrelated projects
- Stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator, with restricted file permissions and access control
- Not sold or transmitted to third parties; not logged in plaintext
- Revocable at any time via Google Account Permissions, which immediately disables API access for that grant

05How we use accessed information · 이용 목적

API data is used solely to publish and maintain the operator’s own YouTube content, for example:
- Uploading video files with multilingual metadata where configured
- Setting thumbnails and captions produced in the operator’s workflow
- Confirming upload success via
videos.list - Pinning informational comments authored by the operator on the operator’s own videos
API data is not used for advertising, cross-site profiling of viewers, third-party analytics products, or unrelated machine-learning training.

06Storage and security · 보관 및 보안

Data handled by operator tools is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Measures may include encrypted storage for OAuth secrets, HTTPS in transit, restricted SSH access, host firewalls, and routine security updates. No third-party cloud database is required for storing YouTube API secrets; if any subprocess stores temporary metadata, it remains operator-controlled.

The operator may use independent vendors strictly for content preparation (for example text, image, speech, or stock media generation). Those vendors receive only prompts or assets the operator chooses to send — not OAuth tokens, not private YouTube API payloads about viewers, and not a data feed derived from the YouTube API about third parties. Examples of categories (actual vendors may change over time):
- Large-language-model APIs for scripts or metadata drafts
- Image generation APIs for thumbnails
- Text-to-speech services for narration on selected videos
- Stock footage or royalty-free music libraries with permissive licenses

08Retention and deletion · 보관 및 삭제

- OAuth tokens: Retained while a channel remains under management; deleted or rotated on revocation or decommission.
- Upload or API logs: May be retained for a bounded period (for example up to 12 months) for audit and debugging, then deleted unless law requires longer retention.
- Generated media files: Retained according to the operator’s normal backup and storage policy.
Deletion requests: email dikafryo@gmail.com with subject line containing “[YouTube]”. The operator will also honor Google-directed deletion requirements under the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

09User rights · 이용자 권리

There is no public multi-tenant “app user” product tied to this policy; primary data-subject interactions are for the operator. Anyone who believes data has been improperly processed may request information, correction, or deletion where applicable, and may contact Google regarding API concerns.

Published content follows YouTube Studio disclosures, including “Made for Kids” and altered or synthetic media flags where applicable.
